Here are the profile definitions:
- Customer via Reseller: You purchased a Wellhub contract through a reseller company.
- Corporate Reseller: You partner with Wellhub and offer the benefit for other companies to purchase.
- Direct Customer: You hold a direct contract with Wellhub, purchased through our website or our sales executives.
As a Customer via Reseller, the cancellation process follows specific security and billing guidelines:
- Company Contract Cancellation: Because your subscription and billing link directly to your Corporate Reseller, you must request your company's contract cancellation from them. They will formally communicate the cancellation to Wellhub.
- Impact on Employee Accounts: Once the corporate contract cancellation completes, the system automatically schedules all active employee plans (including dependents and family members) for cancellation on the next billing date. At the end of this billing cycle, app access concludes for all users.
📌 Note: When a corporate contract ends, employees transition out of the subscriber role. To use Wellhub in the future, they simply need to join another company that offers the benefit.
