- Reseller Client: You acquired a contract with Wellhub through a reseller partner company.
- Corporate Reseller: You represent a company partnering with Wellhub to offer the benefit for other organizations to acquire.
- Direct Client: You hold a contract directly with Wellhub, having acquired it via our website or our account executives.
For security and data protection, access to the Wellhub for Companies portal is restricted to previously authorized users. Receiving this notice indicates that your email requires active Team Admin status in our system.
As a Reseller Client, your access level varies according to the agreement established with your Corporate Reseller. In certain models, clients use the platform solely for data visualization, while the Reseller manages operational tasks. If the Corporate Reseller manages your access level, we guide you to reach out to them directly.
If your company follows a model that allows Wellhub for Companies management, your authorization process depends on your current scenario:
- If your company has an active admin: You will need to ask the current admin to contact Wellhub to approve and grant your access.
- If the previous admin left the company: When no other active admin is available on the platform to approve your access, our support team will initiate a security validation process to replace the former admin and issue your credentials.
- If your invitation is "Pending": Our team will send you step-by-step instructions so you can complete your account activation.
