Identify your profile first to ensure you receive the right support.
Understand the profiles based on these definitions:
- Client via Reseller: You purchased a Wellhub contract through a reseller company.
- Corporate Reseller: You are a company partnering with Wellhub to offer the benefit for other companies to purchase.
- Direct Client: You contracted directly with Wellhub through our website or sales executives.
As a Client via Reseller (linked to a Corporate Reseller), responsibility for adding or removing employees depends on your contract model. You may have the autonomy to manage your own list, or this responsibility may be entirely delegated to your Corporate Reseller:
- Access the Wellhub for Companies portal.
- Go to the Employees tab and click Update employees.
- Choose to Add, Remove, or Mirror employee list.
🔒 If this option is blocked for you, the management of your eligibility list has been delegated. For governance and security reasons, Clients via Reseller do not have access to edit the list in these cases.
To update your employee list, contact your Corporate Reseller directly and send them the new additions or removals. Your partner will use the centralized Wellhub system to update your list securely.
