- Direct Client: You have a direct contract with Wellhub, acquired through our website or executives.
What is the Slot Usage by Eligible Employees Report?
If you are a Reseller Client (companies that purchased their Wellhub contract through a reseller), this report helps you easily check and validate your invoices. It lists exactly which employees were counted as a billed "slot" during each billing cycle, giving your HR team the autonomy to verify everything quickly and independently.
Who can access this report?
This report is available to Reseller Clients who have at least one service with a flexible billing model. It is available in Wellhub for Companies, even if billing management is handled by your Corporate Reseller.
- Accounts with multiple companies: If your group has more than one registered company and at least one of them uses flexible billing, the report will be available to all of them under the "All companies" view.
Main report advantages:
- Audit accuracy: Details exactly who occupied each seat during the period, aligned with your eligibility list.
- Cycle timeframe: Reflects the exact invoice billing cycle, rather than the calendar month.
- Automatic release: Becomes available as soon as the Reseller Company releases the invoice.
- Historical: Applicable to invoices issued from October 22, 2025 onwards.
- Multi-entity view: When at least one group company uses the flexible fee, the report becomes visible to all entities.
- Updated employee data: The report reflects the most recent information registered in the system, rather than previous historical records.
- Invoice adjustments: Changes made after the billing cycle closes, such as supplemental invoices or reissues, are not reflected in this report.
How to download the report:
- Access Wellhub for Companies.
- In the side menu, click Reports.
- Select the Eligible employee seat usage document.
- Choose the billing period, file format (.csv or .xlsx), and your preferred data grouping.
- Confirm the download. For files requiring more than 10 seconds to generate, we will send them directly to your registered email.
