Identifying your profile ensures we provide the exact support you need.
Here are the profile definitions:
- Customer via Reseller: You purchased a Wellhub contract through a reseller company.
- Corporate Reseller: You partner with Wellhub and offer the benefit for other companies to purchase.
- Direct Customer: You hold a direct contract with Wellhub, purchased through our website or our sales executives.
As a Corporate Reseller, you can extract a list of eligible employees who occupied a seat during the billing cycle.
To view and extract this report, simply follow these steps:
- Access the Wellhub for Companies portal.
- In the navigation menu, select the Reports tab.
- Choose the Eligible employees seat usage option.
- On the configuration screen, select the desired period (closed invoices only), the file type (.csv or .xlsx), and how you wish to group the data (one file per company or a consolidated file).
- Click Download.
📌 Keep in mind: The file downloads immediately in your browser. However, if the file is very large and takes more than 10 seconds to load, the system processes it in the background and sends a secure download link to your registered email.
