Identify your profile first to ensure you receive the right support.
Understand the profiles based on these definitions:
- Client via Reseller: You purchased a Wellhub contract through a reseller company.
- Corporate Reseller: You are a company partnering with Wellhub to offer the benefit for other companies to purchase.
- Direct Client: You contracted directly with Wellhub through our website or sales executives.
Extract financial details and download consolidated invoices for all your indirect clients directly from our platform! As a Corporate Reseller, you have an aggregated management area in the portal. Follow these steps to access and extract the documents:
- Access the Wellhub for Companies portal.
- Enter your registered admin email and password.
- In the top left menu, click your profile name and select Switch view.
- Select your group's Aggregated view to unify the information.
- In the left side menu, click Billing.
- Scroll to the Billing history section, where you will see the list of invoices for all companies under your management.
- Click the arrow next to the desired invoice status to open details, and then click Download invoice.
📌 Note: To download details for multiple months at once, check the boxes for the desired invoices in the list and click the Download button at the top. The system automatically generates a single compressed file (.zip) with all your invoices.
