Understand the profiles based on these definitions:
- Client via Reseller: You purchased a Wellhub contract through a reseller company.
- Corporate Reseller: You are a company partnering with Wellhub to offer the benefit for other companies to purchase.
- Direct Client: You contracted directly with Wellhub through our website or sales executives.
To process an update to a Legal Name or Account Name securely and prevent discrepancies (while keeping the current Tax ID) contact our support team and send us:
- Your current information (as shown in the system) and the new requested information.
- An official legal document from the company verifying the new Legal Name.
💡 Note: Ensure the document you submit was issued within the last 30 days.
Note: Since the contractual details of reseller clients are managed directly by you, our Corporate Reseller, we will redirect any clients who contact us directly back to you. It is the Corporate Reseller's responsibility to gather the aforementioned documentation and contact Wellhub support.
