An active Wellhub plan can only be paused once every six months, for a period between 15 and 30 days.
đź’ˇ If you use Wellhub as a family member, only the person who added you can pause your plan.
Important note
To avoid a charge, pause the plan at least one day before the renewal date.
If you’re the account holder, follow these steps to pause a plan:
- Log into your account in the app and go to
 Profile.
- Tap the settings icon
in the top right corner.
- Tap
 Account.
- Under Subscription, or Family Members, select
 Manage subscription.
- Tap on
Pause subscription.
- Choose a reason for pausing and add any extra details.
- Tap Submit and continue.
- Tap Continue and choose the return date.
đź’ˇ The plan will be reactivated automatically on this date, but you can also resume the subscription early. - Tap Pause subscription, then tap Ok. The pause will start on the following day.
Keep in mind that the billing date will change based on the duration of the pause.
 Tip
Pausing the account holder's plan doesn’t automatically resume family members' plans. Each subscription is managed separately. To pause a family member's plan, the account holder must repeat the process for each subscription.
