To change a plan, you must be the account holder, the person who receives the benefit from a company.
📌 If you signed up as a family member, only the person who added you to Wellhub can change your plan.
If you’re the account holder, follow these steps to change a plan:
- Log into the app and go to
 Profile.
- Select the
gear icon in the upper right corner, and select
 Account.
- In Subscription, select
 Manage Subscription.
For family members, select Family members, tap the
3 dots icon, and then Manage Subscription.
- Tap on
View Plans.
- Check the available plan options and select Get Plan. On the summary screen, you'll see the new plan details and any immediate or future charges.
💡 If your company provides Wellhub Credits and you have an available balance, these will be automatically applied to cover or reduce any charges related to your own plan change (like for an upgrade) or the cost of your new plan on its effective date. Wellhub Credits don’t apply to Family Member’s subscriptions.
Important note
Each subscription is separate. Changing your plan won't affect your family members' plans. To change a family member's plan, you'll need to repeat the process for each subscription.
How plan changes affect billing
- When you upgrade, the change to a new plan and a proportional charge for the remaining days of your current billing cycle will happen immediately.
đź’ˇ You might see two charges in the month you upgrade. In the following months, the subscription will renew on the same date. - When you downgrade, the change to a new plan and the reduced billing amount will take effect on the next billing date.
đź’ˇ For the new plan's pricing to take effect in the next billing cycle, make sure to downgrade at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
⚠️ If you're in the free trial and want to change plans before the first charge, you must do so before the end of the trial. In this case, upgrade and downgrade changes are immediate.Â
