Identify your profile first to ensure you receive the right support.
Understand the profiles based on these definitions:
- Client via Reseller: You purchased a Wellhub contract through a reseller company.
- Corporate Reseller: You are a company partnering with Wellhub to offer the benefit for other companies to purchase.
- Direct Client: You contracted directly with Wellhub through our website or sales executives.
The Reseller Hub is the official tool developed for Corporate Reseller to securely access their client database. Once your partnership with Wellhub is formalized, follow this step-by-step guide to activate your account:
- You will receive an activation email with the subject line "Here is your access to Wellhub for Commercial Partners" or "Welcome to the Reseller Hub."
- Note that your default username will follow the format of your corporate email followed by the .resellerhub suffix (Example: name@yourcompany.com.resellerhub).
- Open the second email you receive, which contains your unique link to create your login credentials.
- When you click the link, you will be redirected to the Salesforce environment. Create a secure password.
- Return to the main interface and log in with your .resellerhub username and newly created password.
- Upon your first login, the system will prompt you to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) immediately.
MFA is an essential layer of protection for your operational data. During your first login, select one of the methods below:
Method 1: Salesforce Authenticator (Recommended)
- Download the Salesforce Authenticator app from the App Store or Google Play on your mobile phone.
- Log in to the Reseller Hub on your computer; the screen will prompt you to connect to the app.
- Open the app on your phone, tap Add an Account, and view the unique two-word phrase generated (e.g., "bright sun").
- Enter this phrase on your computer screen and click Connect.
- Approve the push notification received on your phone to finish.
Tip: You can enable location-based automation in the app to automatically approve recurring logins from the same office.
Method 2: Google Authenticator
- Make sure you have Google Authenticator installed on your mobile device.
- On the Salesforce login screen on your computer, choose the option Use verification codes from an authenticator app.
- In your mobile app, tap the + button and select Scan a QR code. Point your camera at the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
- Enter the 6-digit dynamic code generated by the app into the corresponding field on your computer and click Connect.
Method 3: SMS Verification
- Provide a valid mobile phone number on the setup screen.
- Enter the dynamic code sent via SMS to validate your device. This process of receiving and entering an SMS code will apply to all your future logins to ensure ongoing account security.
How to reset my password
If you need new login credentials, use our quick self-service protocol:
- Go to the Reseller Hub Premium login page.
- Click Forgot your password? on the Salesforce login interface.
- Enter your full username, remembering to include the .resellerhub suffix.
- Follow the instructions sent to your associated corporate email to complete the reset.
