The payment receipt can only be downloaded by the account holder, which is the person who receives the benefit from a company.
If you're the account holder, follow these steps according to your app's home screen to download it:
Version A
- Log in to the Wellhub app and go to Profile.
- Select the gear icon, and then Account.
- On Payments, select Billing history.
- Select the year, month, and the person, who can be the account holder or a family member.
- Select the download icon.
💡 It's only possible to download one receipt at a time.
Version B
- Sign in to the Wellhub app and click down the arrow next to your name.
- Select Payments and then Payment history.
- To view the receipt, click on Purchase control number.
