Only the account holder (the person who receives the Wellhub benefit from a company) can download payment receipts.
If you’re the account holder, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Wellhub app and go to
Profile.
- Tap the
Settings icon, and then
Account.
- Under Payments, select Billing history.
- Select the billing period and person. Use the filters at the top to choose the Year and Month for the receipt you need.
- Tap the Download button.
💡 You can only download one receipt at a time.
The downloaded PDF receipt will show how your plan was paid and include details like your Wellhub ID and relevant Wellhub company information. If Wellhub Credits were used, it will also detail the amount covered by credits and any charge to your personal payment method.
Tip
If you have family members on your account, you can also use the Family filter on the Billing History page to select whose receipt you want to view.
