When you remove the eligibility of an employee who pays with payroll, Wellhub generates a separate deduction file for you to process their payroll before they leave.
How to access the leaver’s deduction file
The leaver's deduction file is triggered automatically the moment you remove an employee's eligibility. Once ready, you can access and download the file in two ways:
- Wellhub for Companies: You can download it directly from your open non-taxable payroll invoice on the billing page, right where you find your regular monthly deduction file.
- Email: To make things easier, you’ll also be sent an email with a link to download the leaver's deduction file as soon as it’s generated.
