Wellhub Credits are a feature that allows your company to provide a balance to employees to cover the cost of their subscription (fully or partially), purchase a new plan, or upgrade.
- Flexible Benefits: Allow employees to choose the ideal benefits for their needs. The company provides a recurring budget, which employees use to purchase or maintain a Wellhub plan.
- Rewards: Act as an incentive tool. The company can grant one-off or recurring credits to recognize goals, tenure, internal challenges, and other well-being actions.
You manage who receives the amounts through a credits file:
- Access Wellhub for Companies.
- In the navigation menu, click the Wellhub Credits tab and then Update credits.
- Choose the type of operation you want to perform:
- New Credits / Updates File: To add new recurring monthly credits or update the amounts for employees who already receive them.
- Removals File: To cancel scheduled recurring credits for specific employees.
- One-off Credits File: To allocate a single, immediate amount (e.g., prizes or recognition). Attention: this action is irreversible.
- Download the template, fill it with the information, and upload the updated file.
- Review the summary of changes on the confirmation screen and complete the import.
💡 Submission deadline: For monthly credit allocations, upload the updated file by 9:00 PM (GMT-3) on the day prior to the configured allocation date.
You can download a complete report with all employees who have scheduled or already allocated credits.
- Access the Wellhub for Companies portal.
- Go to the Wellhub Credits tab.
- Click Review recipient list.
- A .csv file download will start automatically, containing the detailed eligibility list with the current recipients.
Wellhub Credits billing is postpaid and refers to the allocation of amounts to accounts, not the actual use employees make of them in the app. The credit allocation day chosen by the company determines the monthly billing cycle.
💡 The debit note is generated monthly and is available for consultation and download in the Invoices tab of the Wellhub for Companies portal.
When an employee cancels their subscription in the Wellhub app, it does not automatically cancel the company's credit allocation for that person.
⚠️ To end the credit allocation and avoid charges on your invoice, you must update the credits file and remove the employee in question.
Yes. Unused credits expire 12 months after the deposit date and cannot be recovered.
