The Partner Portal is the management platform for gyms, studios, and wellbeing services that partnered with Wellhub. On the portal, you can manage your space's profile, validate check-ins, track usage and payment data, and much more.
To access the Partner Portal for the first time, you need to receive an email with instructions to create your account. Learn more.
Here's what you can manage in each section of the portal:
In the Partner Portal Home, you’ll find:
- Shortcut to validate pending check-ins.
- IDs of each location, which is your Partner ID.
- Shortcuts to download reports with detailed check-in and payment information, edit the gym's profile, and more.
In the Check-ins to confirm menu, you’ll be able to confirm check-ins made by Wellhub visitors.
If you still don’t use a club management system integrated with Wellhub, check-in confirmation must be done in this menu.
In the Reports menu, you’ll find an overview of the last 12 months with Wellhub, as well as download detailed reports with information about check-ins and payments:
- Payment per visitor: Shows all check-ins made by each visitor in the selected locations and periods.
- Check-in details: Shows all the details of the check-ins made in the selected locations and periods, including date, time, payment per check-in, and service used by visitors.
- Location summary: Shows the revenue of all locations in the selected periods, including the total number of visitors and unique visits.
In the Check-ins menu, you’ll find:
- Shortcut to confirm pending check-ins.
- Check-ins confirmed on the day, available in real-time.
- Check-in history and details.
In the Finance menu, you can:
- View and edit the bank account registered for payments, if this option is available for you.
- Summary and date of the next payment.
- Payment history per month and its details.
In the App content menu, you can manage how Wellhub visitors will view your profile in the app. In this menu, you’ll be able to:
- View your profile as published in the Wellhub app.
- Edit logo, photo gallery, opening hours, and other information.
- Add or remove activities offered in your space.
In the Reviews menu, you have access to verified Wellhub visitors ratings of your space and services. You’ll also find a summary of all comments made so far.
💡 Reviews can take up to 7 days to appear on your profile.
In the Class schedule menu, you can create your online class schedule, if they’re offered in your space.
📌 To create your in-person class schedule, you need to use a club management system integrated with Wellhub.
If you offer online classes in your space, you can view your profit and how many people attended them in the Class reports menu.
In the Integrations menu, you’ll be able to request the integration of your club management system with Wellhub to optimize processes and automate class booking and check-in validation.

In the My devices menu, you can authorize, deny, or revoke access requests to validate check-ins in the Partner Portal.
In the Partnership menu, you’ll find details of the commercial conditions defined in your partnership contract with Wellhub, such as:
- Payments per check-in and per visitor.
- Booking and late cancellation policies.
- Special conditions, and more.
In the Settings menu, you can select the display language of the portal and log out of your account.
