Each gym or studio sets its own cancellation window for booked classes. This helps keep schedules up-to-date so other Wellhub members can grab a spot if one opens up.
⚠️ The cancellation window is the deadline by which you need to cancel if you can no longer make it. Knowing this window is essential for canceling on time, if needed. This helps you avoid losing your daily check-in or facing restrictions on future class bookings due to a late cancel.
Here's where you can find the specific cancellation window for your booked class:
- Log in to the Wellhub app and go to
Profile.
- In the Schedule section, search and select the booked class. If there’s more than one class on the same day, the date will be shown twice or more in the calendar.
💡 You also receive an email after booking a class. This email will contain the class details, including the specific cancellation deadline.
If you're trying to book a class and the free cancellation window has already passed, the Wellhub app will show you the message Free cancellation not available before you confirm your booking.
If you proceed to book, you likely won't be able to cancel it without it being considered a late cancellation (which can affect your booking privileges).
Important note
Always check the cancellation window when you book a class. If you cancel after this window or if you booked a class for which free cancellation was already unavailable, it will count as a late cancellation. Learn more about what happens with late cancellations or no-shows.
