You can view your recent check-ins by scrolling down under the Profile tab. To view the usage of all benefits included in your plan, select the Check-in tab and then click the history icon located in the top right corner of the app screen.
If you're the account holder and need to access and download your monthly check-in history, follow these steps:
- On the app home screen, click on
Profile.
- Select the
gear icon, and then
Account.
- Scroll down and, under Subscriptions, tap Activity and Billing Statement.
- Tap Continue to confirm.
- Select the month and year you'd like to view.
- To finish, tap Submit request.
💡 You will receive an email notification up to 24 hours after your request when the document is ready for download.
The download link expires in 7 days. If this happens, simply follow the same steps in the app to request a new one.
Important note
This feature is only available for account holders who receive the Wellhub benefit from a company.
Family members can download the check-in history by requesting a copy of their personal data.
