As we’re an intermediary service, we don’t issue invoices. Because you provide services directly to the members, you receive a Gross payment (VAT included). This means the amount you receive is VAT-inclusive, and you are responsible for handling and remitting the local taxes on these earnings.
However, we do provide detailed check-in and payment reports so you can check the access breakdown and the amounts paid for you as a partner.
