Only the Primary Account Holder can pause a plan. An active plan can be paused once every six months for a period of 15 to 30 days.
📌 If you are a Family Member, the Primary Account Holder on your account will need to pause your plan for you.
Important note
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, be sure to pause the plan at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To pause the Primary Account Holder's plan:
- In the Wellhub app, go to Profile > Settings
> Account.
- Under Subscription, tap Manage subscription.
- Tap Pause subscription and follow the prompts. The pause will take effect on the following day.
To pause a Family Member's plan:
- In the Wellhub app, go to Profile > Settings
> Family Members.
- Find the family member, tap the 3 dots, and select Manage Subscription.
- Tap Pause subscription and follow the prompts. The pause will take effect on the following day.
đź’ˇ The plan will reactivate automatically on the selected return date, but you can also resume it early at any time.
Tip
Pausing the Primary Account Holder's plan doesn’t automatically pause any family member plans. The process must be repeated for each individual subscription.
The consequences of pausing depend on your subscription type:
- For Monthly Subscriptions: Pausing your plan will change your next billing date. For a detailed explanation and to calculate your new date, please check our calculator.
- For Annual Subscriptions: Pausing your plan will extend your 12-month commitment period. The days your plan is paused will be added to the end of your commitment. Learn more about the Annual Subscription.
