Only the Primary Account Holder (the person who receives the benefit from a company) can change a plan, either for themselves or for a family member.
📌 If you are a Family Member, the Primary Account Holder on your account will need to make any plan changes for you.
 Upgrading a Plan with Family Members
- Upgrading any plan in your family will require you to set a single payment method for all subscriptions.
- This action will update the payment card used for all existing family members to the one you select during the upgrade.Â

To change the Primary Account Holder's plan:
- In the Wellhub app, go to Profile > Settings
> Account.
- Under Subscription, tap Manage subscription.
- Tap View Plans and select the new plan you'd like. A summary screen will show the new plan details and any charges before you confirm.
đź’ˇ If your company provides Wellhub Credits, any available balance will be automatically applied to your plan change. Wellhub Credits do not apply to Family Member subscriptions.
To change a Family Member's plan:
- In the Wellhub app, go to Profile > Settings
> Family Members.
- Find the family member, tap the 3 dots, and select Manage Subscription.
- Choose their new plan. A summary screen will show the new plan details and any charges before you confirm.
Important note:
đź’ˇ Each subscription is separate. Changing the Primary Account Holder's plan won't affect family members' plans, and the process must be repeated for each subscription you wish to change.
For monthly subscriptions:

Upgrades are effective immediately. You'll be charged a proportional amount for the new plan, and your billing date will reset to the date of the upgrade.Â
đź’ˇ You might see two charges in the month you upgrade, but in the following months, the subscription will renew on the new date. - Downgrades take effect on your next billing date. To ensure the new price applies, please schedule your downgrade at least 24 hours before your billing date.
For Annual Subscriptions:
- You can upgrade or downgrade to another paid plan at any time.
- Changing your plan will start a new 12-month commitment.
- You can’t switch from an Annual to a Monthly Subscription during your commitment period.
During a free trial:
- If you change plans during your free trial, the change is effective immediately, whether it's an upgrade or a downgrade.
