We understand that as your business evolves, you may want to review your partnership terms. This guide explains the official process for requesting a review of your commercial conditions.
Please know that all contract changes are a manual process handled by our specialist team and cannot be done via self-service in the Partner Portal.
Before you request a review
To ensure a fair and productive process, please confirm these two eligibility requirements first:
- You Must Be an Admin: For security, only the legal representative or a user with the Admin role in the Partner Portal can request a contract negotiation.
- You must meet the eligibility period: To ensure a fair performance evaluation, contract reviews are subject to a waiting period from your last contract signature.
- For contracts signed in 2025 or later, the period is 12 months.
- For contracts signed in 2024 or earlier, the period is 6 months.
How to request your review
If you meet the eligibility criteria, the process is simple.
Step 1: Prepare your documents
To make your request as fast and efficient as possible, our team requires proof of your current market prices. This must be an official visual document, such as:
- Your Partner ID.
- A link to your website's pricing page.
- A clear screenshot of your prices on a social media page.
- A high-quality photo of your physical price board or printed flyer.
Step 2: Contact our support team
After gathering the documents, you need to contact our support team. To do this, click the chat icon in the corner of the screen and ask to speak with a specialist.
A request to downgrade your plan (e.g., from Gold+ to Silver) can be made every 6 months for contracts signed in 2024 or earlier, and every 12 months for contracts signed in 2025 or later. You can start this process by contacting our support team.
Adding a new service (like "Pilates") or removing an existing one is also considered a contract renegotiation and follows the same eligibility rules and process outlined above. Please have your proof of market price for the new service ready when you contact support.
