We're excited to help you grow your business by adding another location to our network!
To ensure a smooth and compliant setup, the process for adding a new location depends on your business structure. Please find the scenario below that best fits your business.
Have your Google Business Profile ready
Before you start your Wellhub application, you must have a verified Google Business Profile for the new location. You won't be able to find your business in our sign-up form until Google's verification process is complete, which can take up to 14 days.
If your new location operates under a unique Tax ID, it is treated as a brand new partnership. Before you start, please have a price list for the new location ready.
You will need to follow the standard sign-up process:
- Go to our partner sign-up page.
- Follow the prompts to fill in all the details for the new location, including its unique Tax ID, legal name, and a new, unique primary email address.
💡 If the form says you’re already a partner, it's because the system recognizes your details. You must use a different primary email for the new location. Using an incognito/private browser window can also help. - Our team will then review your submission and email you a new partnership proposal within about 3 business days.
- After you sign the new contract, you will receive a welcome email guiding you through setting up the profile for your new location.
Important note
The commercial terms for the new location may not be the same as your existing location.
If your new location is a branch that shares the same Tax ID and legal name as your existing location, the process is different.
In this case, you must contact your account manager or our support team to have the new location added to your existing contract. Please don’t use the standard sign-up page, as this will create a duplicate and incorrect account.
If you are part of a major gym chain or have a dedicated account manager, please use the form below to submit your request. This ensures the new location is added correctly under your master agreement.
