The notice period
As per your partnership agreement, there is a contractual notice period that begins after you have formally submitted your cancellation request.
During this period, your partnership remains active: your profile will be visible in the app, members can still visit, and you will continue to receive payments for all validated check-ins. Your partnership will be officially terminated at the end of this notice period.
How to request your cancellation
All cancellation requests are handled by our specialist team to ensure they are processed correctly.
