To change your profile name, follow these steps:
- Log in to the app and click
Profile.
- Click the settings icon
in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select
- Update your name and Save.
Important
The name you use in the app will also appear in our communications and will be visible to the company that provides your benefit.
Avoid using nicknames or random words for your profile name, as this may result in you being blocked for security reasons.
