You can only sign up for Wellhub if a company offers you the benefit and sends us your information. Check if the company offers Wellhub.
Tip
If you're switching to a new company that also offers Wellhub, you don't need to sign up again. Learn how to change your provider.
How to create your account
- Download the Wellhub app and select Sign up for free.
- Select your country and company. If you see more than one with the same name, check with the HR team to make sure you choose the right one.
- Verify you are eligible. The app will prompt you to enter the specific piece of information your company uses to identify you. This could be your work email, employee ID, Social Security Number, or phone number.
💡 If you used your phone number or email, we’ll send a verification code to it. Check your SMS messages or email inbox for the code and enter it in the app to proceed. - Set your login email.
- If you verified with your work email, it will automatically become your login email.
- If you verified with other info (like a phone number or employee ID), you’ll be asked to provide an email. This will be your login email.
- Create your password, and your sign-up is complete.
Important note
To make sure you can always access your Wellhub account, especially if you change companies, we strongly recommend using a personal email as your login email. If your work email was set automatically, you can easily change it in your account settings after you've signed up. Learn how to change your email.
