Important Information
- Largest Launch in Wellhub History: JPMorgan Chase covers ~250,000 eligible employees globally. Phase 1 targets the US population (~185,000 eligible employees), starting with soft launch events in NYC & Brooklyn (Sept 15 & 17, 2026) followed by full go-live on Sept 21/22, 2026.
- Dedicated Zendesk Group: All incoming tickets from JPMC employees are routed to the dedicated group US - End Users - JPMC and handled by top-performing priority agents.
- Temporary Support Email Alias: Due to JPMC firewall/platform restrictions that prevent logged-out users from accessing Wellhub's web chat, non-member inquiries are routed via JPMorganChaseSupport@wellhub.com. This alias automatically generates Zendesk tickets in the priority group until the new Chatbot release in December 2026.
- Eligibility Key: Employee ID (known internally at JPMC as SID - Standard ID).
- Custom SMF 2026 Pricing Offer: Locked for 12 months minimum. Concedes 50% off plans up to $30 USD (max $15 USD subsidy). No promotional discounts or coupons apply during Year 1.

- Search for the user account in Darwin using their registered email address, SID (Employee ID), or Wellhub ID.
- Under Client Profile, verify the company profile name: JPMorgan Chase - United States.
- Confirm that the Client ID matches the official JPMC Darwin Profile (9b2862f6-630c-4232-9313-8b74c7526207).
🕵🏻♂️ How to handle Sign Up & Eligibility Verification
Sign-up for JPMC employees is enabled via Single Sign-On (SSO) on both mobile and desktop. The standard eligibility key is the employee's SID (Standard ID).
CRITICAL PROCESS UPDATE (US Eligibility Escalation):
DO NOT transfer JPMC tickets to the UK Tagus group!
Since Team Leaders (TLs), RTAs have direct Metabase access, agents must escalate unconfirmed eligibility cases internally to their TL/RTA to verify the JPMC Eligibility File in Metabase.
- Guide the user to log in via SSO using their SID.
- If the user receives an error stating "We couldn't confirm you were added to Wellhub":
- Verify if the company name selected is correct (Company profile on Darwin: JPMorgan Chase - United States).
- Check if the SID inserted matches the exact employee number format.
- If the user confirms data accuracy and is still blocked, reach out to your TL / RTA to perform a Metabase query on the JPMC eligibility base.
- If Metabase confirms eligibility: instruct the user to try again or report data mismatch.
- If Metabase returns empty: instruct the user to contact JPMC HR to be added to the eligibility file.
