To request the file containing the personal information you share with Wellhub, follow the next steps:
- Access the Wellhub app, and go to the
Profile tab.
- Select the
settings gear icon.
- Select
- Tap on Submit request.
- Enter your password and hit Continue.
You'll receive an email when the CSV file is ready for download.
💡 To track progress or download the file when it's ready, go to the Download data section in your app.
Important note
The file will be available for 7 days from the moment you receive the email. If you can't download it during this time, you'll have to submit a new request.
