To change your login email, you must be able to access your Wellhub account.
💡 If you can't access your Wellhub account and have lost access to your login email, learn how to recover your account.
Important note
We strongly recommend using a personal email for your login. This ensures you can always access your Wellhub account, even if you change companies and lose access to your work email.
- In the app, go to Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Account.
- Under Account details, tap Emails.
- Under Account email, tap the pencil icon next to your email address.
- Enter your password to validate and Confirm.
- Enter your new email address and tap Continue.
- Enter the verification code sent to your new email to confirm the change.
If you have just signed up and are on the plan selection screen, follow these steps:
- Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner, then tap the Settings gear icon.
- Tap Account.
- Under Account details, select Emails.
- Under E-mail da conta, tap the pencil icon next to your email address.
- Enter your password to validate and Confirm.
- Enter your new email address and tap Continue.
- Enter the verification code sent to your new email to confirm the change.
⚠️ For security, you will be asked to log in again using your new email and the password you created.
