For SEPA payments, you can now select and pay specific overdue invoices directly in Wellhub for Business. You may choose which amounts to pay now, and any remaining outstanding balances can be settled at a later time.
Step-by-step to select and pay invoices
To pay specific invoices, please follow these steps:
- Access Wellhub for Companies.
- Head to the Home page or Billing Tab and click Review on the banner.
- In the side menu, select the overdue invoices you wish to pay and proceed to the payment screen.
- Complete the payment via SEPA.
💡 The total value of the invoices will be updated immediately during the selection process.
What happens after payment?
What happens next depends on how many invoices you have paid:
- Paid some invoices: The invoices you have paid are removed from your balance, but the billing process remains active for any outstanding amounts. Scheduled notifications and collection actions will continue for the remaining balance.
- Paid all invoices: Your account is fully settled, and the collection process is concluded. Any scheduled service restrictions or cancellations are automatically reversed.
Important
In this process, it is not possible to renegotiate amounts, apply discounts, or make installment payments. Payment must be made in full for each selected invoice.
