- Live Preview: On the “Billing” page, your HR administrator can view a real-time preview of the upcoming invoice.
- Payment: The payment date on the document indicates exactly when your company needs to submit this total payment directly to Wellhub.
How it aligns with your payroll billing cycle
When your payroll billing date arrives, Wellhub consolidates all employee subscriptions active before the cutoff date to calculate your final invoice total. You then use the deduction file to manage these funds with your employees, and you use the non-taxable payroll invoice to remit that total to Wellhub.
