You don't need a management system to successfully manage your classes on Wellhub. This guide will show you how to use the tools in your Partner Portal to clearly communicate your schedule and booking process to our members.
For partners without an integrated system, the "Important Information" section of your profile is the best place to give members clear instructions on how to book your classes.
How to update your "Important Information"
- Log in to the Partner Portal.
- In the main menu, click on App content.
- Select the General tab.
- Scroll down to the Important Information section and click the pencil icon to edit.
What to write:
Use this space to tell members exactly how to book with you. Be clear and direct.
-
Example for booking via WhatsApp:
"Booking is required for all classes. To reserve your spot, please send us a message on WhatsApp at [Your Number] with your name, Wellhub ID, and desired class time." -
Example for booking via your website:
"Booking is required. Please visit our website to see our live schedule and book your class." -
Example for "drop-in" classes (no booking needed):
"No booking required! Just come along to any of the classes listed on our schedule and check in with the Wellhub app when you arrive."
How to display your class schedule
The Class Schedule tab in the portal is for managing online classes only. To show your in-person schedule, here are two great options:
If your schedule is on your website, add the link to your "Important Information" section. This is the best method as it's always up to date.
You can also upload a simple image of your weekly schedule to your photo gallery.
- Go to App content > General tab.
- In the Logo and photo gallery section, click the edit icon.
- Click Add photos and upload an image of your schedule.
💡 Remember to upload a new image every time your schedule changes.
"Opening Hours" vs. "Class Times"
The Opening Hours section in the portal is for your facility's general opening and closing times, not for specific class times. You should always list your detailed class schedule in the "Important Information" section or on your website.
