Wellhub+ is an additional subscription that allows companies to financially support part or all cost of plans chosen by employees, encouraging everyone to enjoy the benefit.
The cost of this additional subscription depends on the number of employees who subscribe to Wellhub and the amount of the discount, as defined in the contract.
If more employees than established in the contract subscribe to a Wellhub plan, an additional amount for each extra employee will be charged on the next invoice.
The discount is offered exclusively to the company's employees.
Family members, employees on a free trial or who have subscribed to the Digital plan will not be charged and will not have access to the discount.
The company can customise the discount depending on the discount model chosen:

Fixed discount
The company determines a fixed discount that will be applied to all available plans.
Example: Employees have a fixed discount of £50.00 on any Wellhub plan. -
Customised discount up to a specific plan
The company defines how much discount to offer and up to which plan it will be available.
Example: Employees will get a discount of 60% to 85% up to a specific plan. -
100% discount up to the third paid plan available
The company pays for 100% of the plan up to the third paid plan available.
Example: Employees’ subscription up to the third available paid plan will be free.
These subsidy models can be offered to all employees or only to specific groups:

Discount for all company employees
All employees will have access to the discount chosen by the company.
Example: All employees get a discount of up to 85% when subscribing to any Wellhub plans. -
Discount for specific groups of employees
The discount on the plans is applied only to employees in one or more areas, positions or levels determined by the company.
Example: All C-level employees will get the discount chosen by the company when subscribing to a Wellhub plan.
Once the company has subscribed to Wellhub+, employees just need to subscribe to a plan to get the discount.
📌 If the discount isn’t shown to the employee when activating a plan, it means that the Wellhub+ subscription chosen by the company doesn’t include that group of employees or the chosen plan.

After getting Wellhub+, you can track the discounts applied to employee subscriptions by downloading the Subscribers report on Wellhub for Companies.
💡 When downloading the report, you'll find information about Wellhub+ in the columns:
- Pre-discount plan price: It’s the subscription price before the company discount is applied.
- Company discount: It's the discount the company offers to employees on their subscription.
- Post-discount plan price: It’s the amount employees pay after the company discount is applied to their subscription, excluding taxes.
- Discount group: Refers to each group of employees created by the company that determines the discount they’ll have access to.
