Which information type is affected?
- Email: e.g., ab•••yz@email.com
- Employee ID (Eligibility Key): e.g., •••123
- Mobile Number: e.g., +1 ••• 1234
- National Document (SIN): e.g., 123-***-789
The main view keeps National IDs fully shielded for privacy. You can view them by selecting an employee individually or by downloading the full list.
Can I still search for employees if their information is masked?
Absolutely! The search bar on the Wellhub for Companies portal continues to function normally. You can type the full email (even without the masks), the employee ID, or the name. The system locates the corresponding record and displays the profile with protected data for security.
How do I view or edit an employee's full information?
- Click on the specific employee in the list.
- Select the Edit info option.
- Complete the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) step by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your login email (if requested).
- After validation, the employee’s information becomes fully visible, allowing you to review or make necessary edits with total protection.
Can I download the employee list with full unhidden information?
Yes, you simply pass through the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) flow before the system generates and releases the final file for download.
Will this affect my reports, downloads, or automated integrations?
Your automated integrations and downloads remain completely functional. The protected data applies exclusively to the navigation interface of the list within the Wellhub for Companies portal.
- Downloads: Downloading the complete eligibility list continues to provide unhidden data, validated by the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) security flow.
- Integrations: Automated processes via API and SFTP continue to operate seamlessly under their own dedicated and restricted security layers.
