Off-Peak Hours is a new feature that helps you attract more visitors in specific times. Learn more about how it works:
With Off-Peak Hours, partners can open specific slots to visitors on lower-tier Wellhub plans. This solution can increase your revenue without crowding your peak sessions, by making selected low-demand periods available to eligible members on lower Wellhub plans during specific hours defined by you.
Once set up, the solution will be available to visitors on lower Wellhub plans, according to the off-peak hours set for your gym or studio.
Yes. To support a more consistent experience for members, Off-Peak Hours setup must:
- Include a minimum 2-hour duration per time slot.
- Limit of up to 3 time slots per day.
- Minimum gaps between configured hours.
While setting up your Off-Peak Hours in the Partner Portal, you’ll be guided to make adjustments to meet these criteria, if needed.
To set up the Off-Peak Hours, you must have an Admin permission in the Partner Portal.
If you’re an Admin, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Partner Portal.
- Go to the Partnership menu.
- Select the location, if there’s more than one.
- Click the Off-Peak Hours banner next to the plans displayed.
💡 If you don’t find the banner, this means the Off-Peak Hours solution is not available to you yet. - Read the instructions and click Get started.
- Carefully read the details on how your payments will work, and click Set hours.
- You can edit and save the suggested hours, or simply confirm the ones displayed.
- Review the setup, and click Confirm settings.
- Read the information on what’s next, and click Got it.
After confirming your setup, a new contract will be sent for signature. Once signed, you can check the Off-Peak Hours details in the Partnership menu on Partner Portal.
After signing, Off-Peak Hours will begin on the first day of the following month.
Visitors will be able to check this information in their Wellhub app so they can understand when access is included in their plan.
The app will display a message explaining that access to your space is only available during the eligible hours, according to their plan.

Check-ins completed during Off-Peak Hours follow the commercial conditions defined in your partnership contract.
To ensure a consistent experience for members, the Off-Peak Hours set up will remain active for 6 months. You can add more Off-Peak slots at any time, but they cannot be reduced or removed for this period once the contract is signed.
