Situations of Misuse Partners Can Report:
- Use by an ineligible person: Access acquired without authorization, through the transfer, purchase, or rental of an account. Wellhub is a benefit offered exclusively by participating companies or providers.
- Account sharing: When the same account is used by more than one person, whether through transfer, sale, or rental.
- Ineligible family member: The Wellhub family benefit is for a spouse/partner, parent, or child only. Any other relationship (such as a sibling, cousin, or friend) is not eligible and should be reported. For the complete, user-facing explanation of this policy, you can refer to this article.
📌If you've identified another type of suspicious activity, please describe what happened with as much detail as possible in the report form.
To report suspicious activity:
- Access the Partner Portal.
- In the main menu, click Check-ins.
- Select See all check-ins.
- Find the visitor and click the report flag next to their name.
- Select the option that best applies to the situation.
- Click Submit.
After you submit the request, our specialist team will review the case with all the reported details. This detailed analysis may take a few days, and the necessary actions will be taken when applicable.
💡 There is no need to open a new request for the same case; you will receive updates via email.
