Can't check in because of a location error, or having trouble finding partners near you? Don't worry, this is usually an easy fix.
The most common cause is a simple permission setting on your phone.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Tap Location Service and make sure the main switch is On.
- Scroll down, find the Wellhub app, and tap it.
- Choose While Using the App or Always.
- Go to Settings and open the location settings.
- Make sure the main location switch is On.
- Go back to Settings and open the list with all your apps.
- Find the Wellhub app, tap it, and then tap Permissions.
- Tap Location and choose Allow only while using the app.
Tip
If you're at a partner location and still having trouble checking in due to a weak signal, remember that for booked classes, have a 30-minute grace period after the class ends to complete your check-in. This gives you time to move to a spot with a better connection and try again.
Still having trouble?
If you've checked your settings and are still facing issues, here are a few final steps to try:
- Check for app updates: Make sure you have the latest version of the Wellhub app.
- Restart location services: Turn your phone's location services off and then back on.
- Restart the app: Close the Wellhub app completely and then reopen it.
- Reinstall the app: If nothing else works, delete the app and reinstall it.
