You can only sign up for Wellhub if a company offers you the benefit and sends us your information. Check if the company offers Wellhub.
Tip
If you're changing companies, it's not necessary to sign up again. Change your Wellhub provider in the app.
To create your account, follow these steps:
- Download the Wellhub app and click on Sign up for free.
- Select the country and company. If there is more than one company with the same name in the search results, check with HR which one to select.
- Fill in the requested information. It could be the email address your company’s HR sent us, your employee ID, your NINO or PPS Number, or a combination of these.
💡 If you are asked to enter the email address your company HR sent us, you will have to insert the verification code sent to this email in order to verify your eligibility to the benefit. - Select Continue.
- Enter a personal email, which will be used to log in.
Avoid using a company email so you don't lose access to your Wellhub account if changing companies. - Enter the verification code that was sent to this email.
- Type the name you would like to use on your profile.
- Create your password, and your sign-up is complete.
Important note
The information sent by your company can take up to 30 days to be processed. If you are unable to sign up, please wait a few days and try again.
