Wellhub offers two subscription types: Monthly and Annual. The Annual Subscription is a way to commit to your wellbeing for a full year, securing a lower and locked-in monthly price, while still keeping the flexibility to manage your plan. This guide explains how it works:
Important note for Family Members
All management of an Annual Subscription, including plan changes, pausing, or cancellation, can only be done by the Primary Account Holder.
By choosing an Annual Subscription, you get:
- A lower monthly price: The price paid per month for an Annual Subscription is lower than the price of a Monthly Subscription.
- Price stability: Your plan's base price is locked in for 12 billing cycles, protecting you from Wellhub price changes during your commitment period.
- Flexibility: You can still upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan during your 12-month commitment.
Important for Wellhub+ users
If your company helps pay for your plan with a Wellhub+ contribution, be aware that this contribution will end if you leave the company. Your monthly price will then increase to the full locked-in annual rate, even during your 12-month commitment.
You get the benefit of the lower annual pricing with the convenience of monthly payments.
Instead of a single, large payment upfront, your Annual Subscription is billed as 12 separate monthly payments. You’re only charged for one month at a time, even though your subscription is for the full 12 months.
Yes, you have the flexibility to manage your plan. It's important to know that any plan change starts a new 12-month commitment.
- Upgrading: You can change to a higher-tier annual plan at any time, and the change is effective immediately.
- Downgrading: You can schedule a change to a lower-tier paid annual plan, and the change will take effect on your next billing date. Please note that it is not possible to downgrade to the Digital Plan.
Important note
You can’t switch from an Annual to a Monthly Subscription during your commitment period. However, you can switch from a Monthly to an Annual Subscription at any time.
Yes, you can pause your Annual Subscription. Here are the key things to know:
- Your commitment period will be extended: The days your plan is paused will be added to the end of your 12-month commitment.
- Frequency and duration: You can pause once every six months, for a period of 15 to 30 days.
- Flexibility: Your plan will reactivate automatically on the selected return date, but you can resume it early at any time.
At the end of your 12-month commitment, your subscription will automatically renew as a Monthly Subscription of the same plan at the then-current rate. You will be notified by email before your commitment ends.
💡 Once your subscription becomes monthly, you can switch to a new Annual Subscription at any time in the app.
You can request to cancel your Annual Subscription at any time in the app. The cancellation will be scheduled to take effect at the end of your 12-month commitment period.
💡 All subscriptions, including annual plans, are subject to a "cooling-off" period shortly after purchase. Learn more about the rules for immediate cancellation.
