The price you see for a Wellhub plan is tailored to you. This guide explains the different factors that can affect your final plan price.
You can see the specific cost for each plan directly in the Wellhub app.
💡 If you don't have an account yet, you can check the base price (without discounts) for each plan on our website.
What affects the price you pay?
The price shown is calculated based on a few key factors:
- Subscription Type (Monthly vs. Annual): You can choose between a Monthly or an Annual Subscription, which offers a lower monthly price in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Learn more about the Annual Subscription.
- Company Discount and/or Wellhub Credits: Your company may offer discounts or flexible benefits on employee subscriptions. The discounts can be exclusive or vary for employees' specific groups. Meaning that even if you and a coworker have the same plan, the final price may differ.
- Promotional Discounts: Wellhub may offer temporary discounts during special campaigns.
- Local Taxes: In some regions, local taxes may be applied to the final price.
- Former Employee Offer: If you have an active plan when you leave or change the company that provides your Wellhub benefit, the company discount will be removed, but your plan will remain active. Your account is automatically moved to a special Former Employee Offer. This results in a price increase because you will now pay the full plan price (or a smaller discounted rate). If you do not wish to keep the plan, you must cancel it or change your account provider if your new company offers the Wellhub benefit.
- Wellhub Price Update: Your Wellhub subscription price may be updated at least once a year. This ensures we can continue to offer the largest and most complete holistic wellbeing service.
Important note for Family Members
Company-specific discounts and Wellhub Credits offered to employees don’t apply to Family Member plans. Their subscription fee is typically based on the standard price of the selected plan.
