You can only delete the account if you don’t have an active plan. If you’re the account holder, which is the person who receives the benefit from a company, you can’t have family members added either.
⚠️ Deleting your account removes all your data from Wellhub, and the account can’t be used in the future.
If you don’t have any active plans or family members on your account, follow these steps according to your app’s screen:
Version A
- On the app’s home screen, go to Profile and select the settings gear icon.
- Scroll down to Privacy, select Delete account and confirm the request.
Version B
- On the app home screen, click on your name.
- Click on Privacy and security, and then on Personal data.
- Select the option Request to have account deleted and confirm the request.
