To change your password, you need to have access to your login email. If you’ve forgotten which email you signed up with, you can recover it.
🚨 Your login email can only be changed by logging into the app. If you no longer have access to your login email, you may not be able to access your Wellhub account.
If you have access to the login email, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Open the app and tap on Sign In.
- Enter the registered email and select Continue.
- Select Forgot your password?

Check if the email is correct, and select Send email.
The email may be on your inbox or spam. - When you receive the password reset link via email, tap on Reset password.
- Create a new password, and then tap on Confirm.
💡 The reset link is valid for 24h. If it's expired, please repeat the previous steps.
