To use Partner Apps, you must have an active Wellhub plan. The apps available may vary depending on the plan you have.
To activate a Partner App, follow the next steps:
- Access the Wellhub app and go to the Explore tab.
- Select the Apps filter.
- Search and select the app you want. If you can't find a specific app, it may not be available on your plan.
- Scroll down to the How to activate this app section and read the activation instructions.
The instructions may vary according to each app. - Tap Activate and follow the instructions in the partner app. If you can’t find the button, this app may not be available on your plan.
If you cancel or pause your Wellhub plan, access to the Partner Apps will also be cancelled. When you resume your subscription, you’ll need to activate the apps again following the same process.
Important note
Your Partner App account email must match the one you registered with Wellhub on most apps.
What to do if you can’t activate your account on a Partner App?
- Update the Wellhub app and the Partner App to the latest version.
- Go to the Wellhub app and repeat the activation steps by clicking on the Activate button.
- Check that you are following the activation instructions in the Wellhub app correctly.
- Guarantee that the email used in the Partner App matches the one registered in the Wellhub app.
