In addition to your deduction file, Wellhub provides a non-taxable payroll invoice each month.
What is it?
The non-taxable payroll invoice is a document that informs your company of the total amount owed to Wellhub for that billing period. It serves as the official request for payment for the employee subscriptions you have collected through your payroll system.
Key Details
- Availability: Like the deduction file, the non-taxable invoice is generated on your chosen payroll billing date and is made available within Wellhub for Companies.
- Live Preview: On the billing page, your HR admin can see a live preview of the upcoming non-taxable invoice.
- Payment: The due date listed on the document is the date by which your company must pay this total amount directly to Wellhub.
How it works with your payroll billing cycle
Once your payroll billing date arrives, Wellhub consolidates all employee subscriptions that occurred before the cutoff date to calculate the final invoice total. You then use the deduction file to collect those funds from employees and the non-taxable payroll invoice to pay that total back to Wellhub.
Note
The payment method for the non-taxable payroll invoice will be the same as your subscription invoice.
