The Member Get Member program allows people with active subscriptions to refer colleagues to Wellhub. The person who invites earns monthly subscription credits, and the invited person receives a discount on their first month when subscribing to a paid plan.
How to invite a colleague
- Open the Wellhub app.
- Tap on the Refer colleagues option (available on the Check-in screen, in your Profile, in the Explore tab, or in Settings).
- Select the option to generate your personal link or QR code.
- Share the link via your preferred channel, such as WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
How to accept an invitation and subscribe
If you received a referral link from a colleague at your company:
- Tap the invitation link or scan the received QR code.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account or log in.
- Choose your paid plan. The discount is automatically calculated and applied at checkout, without needing a coupon.
Tip
Complete the subscription within 14 days after tapping the link for the first time.
Credit deadlines and rules
- For the invited person: The financial discount is applied at the time of purchase and is valid only for the first month. From the second month onward, the charge follows the regular plan price.
- For the person who invites: The credit is applied as soon as the invited person starts their 3rd consecutive month with an active paid plan (about 60 days after subscribing).
(For example: if the invited person subscribed on May 5th, your credit will be automatically applied to the July charge). - Referral limit: You can accumulate credits for up to 10 completed referrals. There is no limit to the number of shared links.
Important
For the credit to be released, both you and the invited person must keep your paid subscriptions active during this period. If the subscription is paused, canceled, or changed to the Digital (free) plan before the deadline, the reward will not be applied.
To send invitations, you must work at a participating company and have an active paid plan on Wellhub.
This option is not available for family members, former employees, accounts with security restrictions, or those using the Digital (free) plan.
For the benefit to be applied, you must meet some requirements:
- Use of the link: The subscription must be made using the received link or QR code. It is not possible to apply the discount manually after registering without the link.
- 14-day timeframe: The plan purchase must be completed within 14 days of opening the invitation.
- First subscription: Valid only for people subscribing to a Wellhub paid plan for the first time. People who have had previous paid plans or family members are not eligible.
The system always considers the last accessed link before account creation or app login.
This means the referral credit goes to the person who sent this last invitation. It is also from this moment that the 14-day timeframe to subscribe to a paid plan begins.
The discount is applied only to the amount you pay for the subscription.
If the credit is greater than your monthly fee, the remaining balance accumulates in your account. This amount will be automatically deducted from future charges and remains available for up to 12 months.
