The company pays a monthly fee to offer Wellhub as a benefit. The fee varies based on the number of employees and the chosen subscriptions.
Companies will have the default Wellhub Standard subscription. With it, all company employees will be able to create an account and activate a Wellhub plan.
It’s also possible to expand the benefit with add-ons, such as:
- Family Members: allows employees to add up to 3 family members to the benefit.
- Global Digital plan: allows companies to offer the benefit in countries where Wellhub doesn't yet offer in-person activities.
- Wellhub+: allows companies to subsidize part of the plans employees choose.
The monthly subscription fee is calculated based on the number of employees the company wants to include in the benefit and any hired add-ons.
If the company adds more employees than expected to the contract, there’ll be an additional fee per extra employee on the following invoice.
Your company's subscription payment is monthly and prepaid. We'll use the payment method on file with Wellhub for Companies.
If more employees than the established in the contract are added in that billing cycle, an additional charge for each extra employee will be added to the next invoice, on top of the standard subscription fee.

The company can pay for Wellhub with:
- Credit card.
- Wire transfer.
In some cases, it’s possible to change the payment method selected by the company upon signing the contract. Learn more about how to change the company's payment method.
If the company grows, the benefit manager at the company can:
Renegotiate the contract: Contact our support team to adjust the number of employees who can be eligible under the company’s standard subscription (Wellhub Standard).
Add new employees for an additional fee: Add new employees directly on the Wellhub for Companies platform. Each additional employee will have an extra cost, billed on the company's next invoice.
