If you have an active, paid plan when you leave your company, you'll receive a one-time special offer to continue your Wellhub membership.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be the Primary Account Holder.
- Have an active plan at the time you leave.
- Have a valid personal payment method registered on your account.
If you meet these requirements, your plan and any active family member plans will automatically renew with the new offer.

When you continue with Wellhub after leaving your company, there are two important changes to be aware of:

Your membership price will change.
When you are no longer an active employee, you move to a special offer rate for continuing members. This price is different from the one you had with your company's benefit.
How and when this new price takes effect depends on your subscription type:
- For standard monthly plans: Your price will change to the new special offer rate on your next billing date.
- For Annual Subscriptions: You will keep your locked-in price until your 12-month commitment ends. After your commitment ends, your plan will renew at the new offer rate. Learn more about the Annual Subscription.
You will lose any company contributions
If your company was helping to pay for your plan, this discount will end when you leave. Your monthly price will increase to reflect this change. This price increase happens immediately, even if you are on an Annual Subscription.

You can’t add new family members.
While your existing family members can continue their plans, you won't be able to add new ones to your account.
If you don't want to continue with Wellhub, you must cancel your plan at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged.
⚠️ Please be aware that this is a one-time offer. If you choose to cancel your plan:
- All associated family member plans will also be canceled.
- You will not be able to subscribe to Wellhub again.
The only way to get Wellhub again would be if you join a new company that offers the benefit.
