To prevent unintentional removals, an employee removal limit of less than 10% has been implemented when using the Replace your current list method to update employees.
If you need to remove more employees than the allowed amount, use one of the alternatives:
To remove 10% or more of the employee list of a single company, use the Import from a spreadsheet > Remove employees option. Using this option, there’s no removal limit.
📌 Make sure that the uploaded file contains only data of employees to be removed.
When the All companies option is selected on the management platform, the only way to update the employee list is the Replace your current list option.
In this case, it’s necessary to upload the new list in waves of 9% of employee removal or transfer.
📌 To transfer employees, you need to remove them from one company's list and add them to another's. Therefore, transfers are considered removals.
Example:
A company with a 100 employees wants to remove or transfer 20 of them, but the system doesn’t allow removals equal to or greater than 10% of the current list.
The solution is:
- Select the Replace your current list option.
- Upload the file removing/transferring only 9 employees in the first wave of updates, and confirm.
- Repeat the same process to remove/transfer 8 of the remaining 91 employees, and so on until finished.
