The benefit manager who has Admin or Analytics permissions on the platform can download reports by following the next steps:
- Log in to Wellhub for Companies.
- If there’s more than one, select the company name or the All companies view in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Click on Reports.
- Select between the options Benefit usage and Company subscription and billing.
- Click on the report you want to download.
- Select the period and the file grouping: one file per month or for the selected period.
- Click Download.

Benefit usage

Engagement: This shows all eligible employees, the ones who have created an account, and those who have subscribed to a plan for themselves or their family members if that option is available.
💡 Best for monitoring adoption trends and reporting KPIs to C-level executives. -
Check-in details: Shows all the check-ins by your employees and their family members.
💡 Best for analyzing trends in usage, subscriber demographics and geographical breakdowns. -
Subscribers: Shows all subscribers, plan prices and offered discounts, and their current subscription status, both for employees and family members.
💡 Best for summary of subscriptions and analysis of demographics based on plan type and status. -
Subscription history: This shows all changes made to employees and family members’s subscriptions and their current status.
💡 Best for tracking plan changes, identifying churn, and identifying loyal subscribers.
Company subscription and billing

Seat usage by subscribers: Shows details of subscribers occupying a seat across all products of the company’s contract.
💡 Best for attributing non-cash benefit expenses to each subscriber.
