To reset your password, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the app and click on Sign In.
- Enter the registered email and click on Continue.
Ensure you enter the email you use to log in, whether it's your personal or corporate email address.
- Click on Forgot your password?
- Verify that the email address is correct, and select Send email.
- Upon receiving the password reset link via email, click on Reset password.
- Create a new password, and then click on Confirm. Your new password has been saved, and now you can access the app with it.
💡 The reset link is valid for 24h. If it has expired, please repeat the previous steps.
📧 Don't forget to check your spam folder.
The password reset link will only be sent if you correctly enter the email address registered as your login email.
Confirm that you're using the correct email if you've checked this email's inbox and spam folders and haven't found the link.
If you can't access the registered email, you'll need to recover it.
