At the moment it is not possible to change your billing date. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the date of their activation.
💡 Example: If your subscription activation took place on the 5th, the next payments will also take place every 5th for the following months.
If the renewal didn't happen automatically, something may have gone wrong with your payment.
Please make sure the card on your account is within its available limit and, if necessary, change your payment method.
If you use a virtual card, check that it isn't a temporary card, because the number of this type of card is not fixed and can cause problems with your payment.
