To cancel the partnership, you need to contact your account manager.
📌 Upon cancellation of the contract, your employees’ active plans will also be cancelled. The plans will remain active until the last day of their payment cycle.
The cancellation will be scheduled for 30 days after the request, and you will be charged as usual until the cancellation date. As a result, charges may still apply for the month preceding the cancellation request.
